- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office requires that you pay for your appointment upfront. When asked if they will accept your insurance provider they say yes without knowing for sure if they do or not. Our insurance was out-of-network and now we will not be reimbursed for the $76 tooth brush that they gave my three year old son.
