- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Tendler was one of several doctors assigned to my husband's case by the UConn Center on Aging and Dr. George Kuchel. They have a wonderful team concept, where they are the primary overseer of a patient and put together a group of specialists who can help solve the puzzle of difficult illnesses. Bea, as our family all calls her, has been available to answer our questions at any time and watch over his care during his numerous hospital stays, rehab facility visits, and now during his home care. She has studied his rare illness involving his blood pressure and other complications, and continually tries to improve his situation and look for other solutions in conjunction with his other UConn doctors. We rarely ever have to wait for her, she spends plenty of time with the patient and family, and she regularly makes visits to hospital rooms. Dr. Tendler is an excellent example of what UConn's Health Center and Dempsey Hospital has to offer.September 09, 2017by A Google User
